January 22, were mixed. Soybean Meal was 3.70 to 13.70 higher. Cottonseed Meal
was steady to 10.00 lower. Whole Cottonseed was 2.00 lower to 5.00 higher.
Canola Meal was 5.00 lower to 9.70 higher. Linseed Meal was steady. Sunflower
Meal was steady to 5.00 lower. Crude Soybean Oil was 156 to 206 points higher.
Crude Corn Oil was 50 points higher. Meat and Bone Meal was 35.00 lower to
10.00 higher, mostly steady to 10.00 higher. Blood Meal was 5.00 to 40.00
higher. Feather Meal was steady to 25.00 higher. Fishmeal was steady to 70.00
higher. Corn Hominy was steady to 5.00 higher. Corn Gluten Feed was steady.
Corn Gluten Meal was 20.00 lower to 15.00 higher. Distillers Dried Grains were
5.00 lower to 15.00 higher, mostly 5.00 to 19.00 higher. Wheat Middlings were
4.00 lower to 15.00 higher, mostly steady to 5.00 higher.
OILSEEDS: On Wednesday, January 22, the March Soybean Meal futures closed 9.70
higher at 421.60; May closed 9.10 higher at 415.80. The March Soybean Oil
futures closed 156 points higher at 52.43 cents per pound; May closed 157 points
higher at 52.79 cents per pound. Offers of high protein Soybean Meal in Central
Illinois were 9.70 higher from 436.60-440.60; Iowa was 9.70 to 13.70 higher from
419.60-427.60; Kansas City was 6.70 to 9.70 higher from 425.60-431.60;
Minneapolis was 9.70 higher from 418.60-427.60; St. Louis was 2.00 to 5.00
higher from 444.00-479.00; Memphis was 2.10 lower at 450.40; Portland was 9.70
higher from 468.60-480.60; BN Santa Fe delivered Chino Valley was 10.70 to 11.70
higher from 476.60-484.60; Union Pacific delivered Chino Valley was 10.70 to
13.70 higher from 476.60-481.90. Cottonseed Meal FOB the Central San Joaquin
Valley in California was steady from 355.00-370.00; Kansas City was 5.00 to
10.00 lower from 355.00-365.00; St. Louis was steady to 5.00 lower from 350.00-
365.00; Memphis was steady from 325.00-335.00. Whole Cottonseed FOB the Central
San Joaquin Valley in California had sales at 385.00; delivered to Portland was
steady to 5.00 higher from 380.00-390.00; Memphis was 2.00 lower at 278.00.
Offers for nearby delivered Canola Meal, 34 to 36 percent protein, delivered to
Portland was 5.00 lower to 9.70 higher from 349.60-360.00. Linseed Meal, 34 pct
protein was steady with limited offers at 290.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota
area. Sunflower Meal, 23 pct fiber, 28 pct protein was steady to 5.00 lower at
250.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. The Soybean Oil in Central Illinois
was 156 points higher from 49.93-50.68 cents per pound; Iowa was 156 to 206

265.00; St. Louis was steady from 200.00-220.00. Corn Gluten Meal, 60 percent
protein in the Midwest (IA, IL, IN) was 10.00 lower to 15.00 higher from 530.00-
640.00; Kansas City was steady at 700.00; St. Louis was steady to 20.00 lower
from 620.00-690.00; Memphis was steady at 590.00. Distillers Dried Grain prices
in Eastern Corn-belt were steady to 5.00 higher from 255.00-275.00; Chicago area
