Surge in beef exports to Japan

In this report, beef checkoff contractor U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) Economist Erin Borror speaks to beef producers and exporters who serve on the USMEF Beef and Allied Industries Committee about the surge in exports to Japan since the regulatory change in February which allows beef imports from U.S. cattle less than 30 months of age, rather than 21 months.
