sales since last report, U.S.dollars per 100 pounds.

Compared to the last market test: Lean boneless steady to firm; 85% lean firm to
1.00 higher; 65% lean 1.00 to 2.00 higher; All other lean percentages not fully
established. Beef trimmings generally steady on light demand and offerings.
