and moderate offerings. Select and Choice rib and loin cuts steady while
chuck and round cuts weak to lower. Beef trimmings steady on moderate
demand and offerings.
Estimated composite cutout value of Choice 1-3 600-900 lbs
carcasses DN 0.65 at 194.26; Select 1-3 600-900 lbs carcasses
DN 1.06 at 182.22; based on 94.22 loads of Choice cuts, 50.42
loads of Select cuts, 20.70 loads of Trimmings, and 30.73
loads of coarse ground trimmings.

NATIONAL CARLOT PORK
With the introduction of Mandatory Price Reporting of Wholesale Pork Cuts,
new options will be available for this information beginning January 7, 2013.
Included in the changes are reports for negotiated sales, formula sales,
forward sales, sow and boar pork, export and a comprehensive pork cutout.
The reports will be in daily and/or weekly format, on an FOB Plant and
FOB Omaha basis. All pork related reports will be located at:
