Arkansas Grazing Lands Conference

The Arkansas Grazing Lands Coalition will host its first grazing conference in August in North Little Rock Arkansas. The conference, scheduled for August 21 and 22, will provide ranchers and landowners some of the latest information on grazing strategies, best management practices and incentive programs.

Keynote speakers include Jim Gerrish, who brings 20 years experience with beef-forage systems research at the University of Missouri and as an owner/operator of a cattle & sheep operation, and Doug Peterson, Missouri NRCS state grasslands conservationist.

The conference will take place at the Wyndham Hotel in North Little Rock. Registration is $125
