Weekly Utah Hay Market Report
Utah Hay prices continue steady to strong, with light trade. Trading was slow Dairy quality
hay. Lower quality hay demand is steady on moderate supplies. Confirmed sales 2,045 tons.
Cube prices steady on top quality export cubes. Trade and demand moderte on top quality
export cubes. Confirmed sales 875 tons. Guidelines for Alfalfa Hay: Visual exam and intent
of sale; Relative Feed Value (RFV); Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF); Crude Protein (CP). USDA
Grades are based on 100% Dry Matter Content. All prices are in dollars per ton, FOB at
stack, unless otherwise noted. Bales large and small. Cubes all sales FOB slab, unless noted.
