Sheridan College will host the second annual Ranch Sustainability Forum on May 18, 19 and 20, according to Wayne Fahsholtz, event coordinator. The event’s main purpose is to provide opportunities for ranchers and other agriculturists the opportunity to learn of practices and gain information that may help improve their businesses.

Sheridan College, Padlock Ranch and First Interstate Bank are the events hosts. Topics will range from low stress livestock handing to profit tips to range monitoring as well as employee relations. The keynote speaker will be Nina Teicholz, author of Big Fat Surprise; why meat, cheese and eggs fit in your diet.
