A webinar is being offered to the industry on April 30 at 12:00 CDT to disseminate data from research funded by the beef checkoff as well as to gather information on beef safety research needs. Recently completed research has provided new data to assist the beef industry in addressing the issue of Salmonella in beef products. This webinar is your opportunity to hear first-hand the results of recent research projects.
In addition, participants will have the opportunity to provide input regarding next steps for research, as well as provide information on data gaps and research needs that should be addressed through future projects.
