Iowa farmers, look out: You might just end up with a new outspoken neighbor with “the classiest” barn in the state.
After finishing second to Ted Cruz during the Iowa caucuses, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump remains confident he’ll win the nomination and the White House.
“We’ll go on to easily beat Hillary (Clinton) or Bernie (Sanders) or whoever the hell they throw up there,” Trump said of the general election.
During his post-caucus speech, Trump mentioned how much he has enjoyed his time in Iowa. The real-estate tycoon said he likes the Hawkeye State so much that he might make an investment in some agricultural property.
“We will be back many, many times,” Trump said. “In fact, I think I might come here and buy a farm.”

Trump has made colorful ag-related comments before. Earlier in the campaign season, he blamed Ben Carson’s rise in support on Monsanto and then said it was a “young intern” on his Twitter handle. No word if the intern was told “You’re fired!”
Speaking of Twitter, we hope Trump gets a few laughs from @AgTrump, a parody social media handle.
