Sponsored by GlobalMeatNews, the World Steak Challenge is open to all beef producers, beef processors, steak brands and beef wholesales to find the World's Best Steak Producer. Each entry needs to include two uncut loins per individual steak that will be cut on-site by a butcher into steaks of 20 mm thickness.

Steaks will be judged using an internationally agreed set of criteria and will be judged both raw and uncooked. The winner of the competition will be announced at a psecial event in London on October 15.
