Choice boxed beef increased slightly throughout this week, starting off on December 1 at $203.81 per hundredweight and increasing to $202.87 per hundredweight by December 7. The 27-day average price now rests at $210.12.
Choice primal rib jumped during the week. Last week, primal rib kicked off December 1 at $373.13 per hundredweight and ended December 7 at $387.27 per hundredweight.
