Perkins Livestock Sales owner in Stillwater, Oklahoma is being charged with cattle embezzlement after ordering cattle from Superior Livestock and not paying for the sale, reports Ariana Garza for KOCO.com.

James Robert Taylor had two loads of cattle delivered to him totalling 332 head of cattle and $456,582. Taylor claims that he didn't purchase the cattle and is the victim of identity theft, according to the TSCRA and Special Ranger Bart Perrier. “It’s very unfortunate for anyone to try to defraud the ranchers and the agriculture world, because agriculture feeds America,” Perrier told Garza.
