The University of Florida Department of Animal Sciences will host the 2015 Florida Ruminant Nutrition Symposium Feb. 2-4, in Gainesville, Fla.

The program kicks off on Monday afternoon, Feb. 2, with a Balchem Mini Symposium. Tuesday features a pre-conference seminar sponsored by Elanco Animal Health, followed by the UF symposium on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning.
