The theft of seven bred, black baldie heifers from a set of pens northeast of Stafford has led KLA to offer a reward up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those committing the crime. Mark Hornbaker reported the 1,000 lb. heifers were stolen sometime between noon November 11 and the evening of November 13. The heifers were branded quarter circle H on the left hip and had white Temple eartags with Hornbaker’s name, address and phone number in black lettering.
Anyone with information on the heifers or who might have stolen the cattle is encouraged to call Hornbaker at (620) 234-6171.
