Choice boxed beef increased slightly throughout this week, starting off on November 3 at $218.40 per hundredweight and falling to $216.45 per hundredweight by November 9. The 27-day average price now rests at $213.21.
Choice primal rib jumped during the week. Last week, primal rib kicked off November 3 at $352.89 per hundredweight and ended November 9 at $355.40 per hundredweight.
