The 27-day average price is still falling, hitting $208.09 after Tuesday's drop. Live cattle prices took a $1.40 hit with prices falling to $158.60. The 27-day average price is now at $155.39.
Lean hog prices fell $2.03 with prices coming in at $64. The 27-day average price continues to fall, ending at $68.64 on Tuesday.
Crop prices saw a much better outcome on Tuesday. Corn prices gained 3 cents, hitting $3.90. Wheat prices are up 2 cents. Soybean prices saw the most significant gains. Prices were up 17 cents to $10.08, finally breaking the $10-mark.
