U.S. average retail diesel prices are down 3 cents from last week to $2.78. The 27-week average price is now $2.86. All regions saw decreases in price this week.

The Central Atlantic saw the largest decrease with 5 cents. The East Coast and Lower Atlantic both saw a 4 cent drop. 

The regions with the highest retail diesel prices are New England and the West Coast with $3.00. The lowest retail diesel price can be found in the Gulf Coast with $2.67.
