U.S. retail diesel prices went down 2 cents this week to $2.81. The 27-week average price is $2.87. All regions decreased or stayed the same. 

The largest decreases came in the Central Atlantic (4 cents), West Coast (3 cents) and New England (3 cents). The areas that stayed the same price were the Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountain region.

The West Coast and the Central Atlantic have the highest retail diesel prices at $3.04. The lowest retail diesel prices are in the Midwest at $2.70.
