Retail diesel prices are up an average of 4 cents across the U.S. during the first week of March. Diesel prices are averaging $2.94, bringing the 27-week average price to $3.40.

The Central Atlantic region saw the largest price increases this week with a 13 cent price increase that brought prices to $3.29. New England was close behind with prices increasing 12 cents to $3.29.

The Gulf Coast region saw no change in prices this week, with prices plateaued at $2.80.
