Retail gas prices saw a four cent average drop across the United States this week, falling under $2 on average to $1.97. The largest drop was seen in the Midwest region where prices fell six cents to $1.87. The smallest difference was a one cent drop in the Central Atlantic region where prices rest at $2.26.

The highest retail gasoline price is $2.38 in the West Coast region, while the Gulf Coast boasts the lowest prices at $1.83.

Ohio saw no change this week, sitting at $1.80, while Colorado, Florida and Texas all saw four cent drops. The hihgest prices of the states are in Washington at $2.41.
