Retail gasoline prices saw an average one cent increase, raising the price to $2.67. It brings the 10-week average to $2.51. The Midwest was the only region to see a decrease in the average price droping one cent. The Gulf Coast had the largest change with a 4 cent uptick. 

The West Coast had no change from last week, yet has the highest retail gasoline price at $3.06. The Gulf Coast has the lowest retail gasoline price at $2.53.

Ohio, which had a 14 cent increase last week, went down 14 cents to $2.70. Other states presented all had increases with Minnesota and Florida having 9 and 7 cent increases respectively.
