Retail gasoline prices fell an average of four cents this week to $2.24, bringing the 27-day average price to $2.52. The largest fall was in the Rocky Mountain and West Coast regions, each seeing an eight-cent drop to $2.61 and $2.70, respectively. The Midwest region saw the smallest decrease, dropping only one cent. 

The Gulf Coast region has the lowest prices this week at $2.03 after a seven-cent fall, while the West Coast sits at the highest prices at $2.70.
