Rob van Zadelhoff will guide Rabo ArgiFinance as its new chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1.
Rabo AgriFinance’s board of directors tabbed Van Zadelhoff to succeed CEO Neil Dobbin, who will retire at the end of the year. Van Zadelhoff has been with Rabobank for 24 years, most recently as chief commercial officer of DLL, a member of the Rabobank Group, according to a company news release.
Dobbin, who joined Rabobank in 1987, has served as Rabo AgriFinance’s president and CEO for the past three years.
Van Zadelhoff’s tenure also included a stint as CCO West of Rabobank International and as a member of the Rural & Retail division’s management team, the company said.
Rabo AgriFinance is a subsidiary of Rabobank, which serves the global agriculture industry and is one of the world’s largest banks, according to the release.
