Red meat production up 275 million pounds from last year

The United States produced 4.033 billion pounds of red meat in November 2015, up 275.4 million pounds from the same time last year. 

Kansas produced 391 million pounds of red meat in November 2015, up 16 million pounds from the same time last year.

California produced 110.9 million pounds of red meat in November 2015, up 4.2 million pounds from the same time last year.
